Thời lượng: Lớp RPL diễn ra trong 2 ngày 31/08/2012 và 01/09/2012 do các chuyên gia đến từ Trung Tâm Curlinary Solution Australia

Học phí: 75.250.000 vnd (3500 AUD)

Lưu ý: Học viên tham gia lớp RPL chứng nhận tay nghề này phải tự học trước các môn học bên dưới, phải biết nấu và chuẩn bị các vật dụng kèm theo.

Cơ hội nghề nghiệp: Sau khi kết thúc khóa chứng nhận kiểm tra tay nghề này, các anh chị có thể nộp đơn xin visa Subclass 457 do các đối tác của Huấn Nghệ tại Úc đang có nhu cầu tuyển dụng.

Thời gian đăng ký nhận hồ sơ đến hết ngày 20/08/2012.

1. Patisserie The items they will have to prepare ,cook and serve are as follows:

1.1. Danish pastries and croissants
1.2. A cake or Gateaux (decorated)
1.3. A tart, either sweet or savoury.
1.4. One hot and one cold plated dessert with suitable sauces and garnish
1.5. Bread loaves and bread rolls

Your clients can pre prepare basic ingredients beforehand such as bread dough’s, pastries, croissant/Danish pastry dough. They can then assemble, cook and decorate them in the kitchen. 

They will also need a clean Chefs uniform with hat, apron and suitable footwear.

2. The criteria for the Asian cookery test is as follows:

2.1. Candidate must ahve a clean chefs uniform with hat and apron and suitable footwear
2.2. Must be a commercial kitchen, not a homestyle kitchen

3. Candidate has to prepare, cook and serve the following items:

3.1. An Asian style soup of their choice
3.2. A rice or noodle dish of their choice
3.3. Two appetisers or snack items of their choice with dipping sauces and accompaniments (if necessarry)
3.4. A fish or seafood dish
3.5. An Asian style dessert
3.6. An asian style grilled or roasted dish of their choice
3.7. An Asian style salad of their choice with dressing

The candidate can do some pre preparation if they wish to save time
